Selsey Care Shop organises and assists other local groups in arranging a variety of regular and one-off functions.

In particular, it helps with publicity, arranging transport for those wishing to attend and generally providing help.

twice-monthly, offers a buffet

lunch followed by a memorable movie for an older audience.

Together Time

Held on four Sundays each month in conjunction with local churches, ResBite Teas include games, entertainment and

inter-generational activities.

Organised by a number of local groups, the Community Christmas Lunch is intended for those who might otherwise be alone on Christmas Day.

Held with The SHOP, weekly

functions provide a safe and friendly environment providing interaction for those living with dementia, those with learning difficulties and people who might otherwise find problems in getting 'out-and-about'.

Together Time is held weekly in the Methodist Church Hall with morning tea and eats, a sing song, quiet time, raffle, crafts, lunch and afternoon tea - a busy day for those who might otherwise have nothing to do! Also included are sessions on mobility. 

Morning Live is held weekly with

the Venture Club. It is a tea morning offering a welcoming environment for those who might otherwise be lonely.

A Catering Section provides food for various events: lunches for the Lunch & Movie Club, cakes forSHOPtalk and a variety of goodies for other events.
